Built because screenshots are a terrible export format.

ArtifactShot is made by one independent developer. Like a lot of people, I use Claude every day to generate visual content — slides, infographics, quote cards — and every day I hit the same wall: the artifact looked perfect, and getting it out meant screenshot → crop → Canva → resize → export. Ten minutes of busywork to publish ten seconds of AI output.

So I built the tool I wanted: paste the artifact's code, pick the platform, download a sharp image. Nothing stored, nothing installed, nothing to learn.

What we care about

• Fidelity. The messy artifacts — web fonts, charts, animations — are the whole point. If a converter only handles the easy 85%, it isn't a tool, it's a demo.
• Privacy by architecture. Free renders never leave your browser. That's not a policy promise we ask you to trust; it's how the engine is built.
• Small and honest. No ads, no dark patterns, no "free" plan designed to fail. The free tier is genuinely useful; Pro exists for people whose work depends on the output.

ArtifactShot is independent and self-funded. Every Pro subscription directly funds development. If it saves you time, that's the business model working.
