Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — one click in Manage billing. You keep Pro until the period you paid for ends.
What happens to my exports if I downgrade?
Nothing. Downloaded images are yours forever; new exports simply follow Free limits again.
Is the lifetime deal really lifetime?
Yes — every Pro feature, for the life of the product, one payment. It's capped at 50 seats so early believers fund the roadmap without undermining it.
Do you offer refunds?
Any purchase is refundable within 7 days of payment — email support@artifactshot.app, no forms. Fair-use applies: repeat purchase-refund cycles or accounts that bulk-export and immediately refund can be declined. Details in the refund policy.
Who processes payments?
Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. They handle checkout, invoices and local taxes; we never see your card details.
